Kaabil: Movie Review
Standing firm by its name, Kaabil is a film that proves that a visually impaired man is capable of doing things beyond imagination.
A sweet, mushy and romantic first half shows the blossoming love story of Rohan Bhatnagar played by Hrithik Roshan and Supriya Sharma played by Yami Gautam. The two meet on a blind date and fall in love. Where Supriya is shown to be a pianist, Rohan has a gifted voice.
There comes a twist in the later half when the entry of the goons marks the exit of Yami Gautam. The brother duo Ronit and Rohit Roy have played negative roles in the film where Amit (Rohit Roy) is seen raping Supriya. Hrithik’s superhero mode is soon on and we get to see the heroic spirit of a blind man.
With high voltage action sequences and power packed dialogues, the film will keep you glued to your seats. There has been repeated use of words like andha and andhi that may not sound good to the specially-abled people but overall the film has it all.
Kaabil has got romance, action, suspense, thrill and excitement packed together and people are giving it thumbs up.
Not to forget, the Dil Kya Kare remake is a cherry on the cake.
